juice of 1 lime
60ml (¼ cup) pomegranate
molasses/sour cherry
cordial
135g frozen raspberries
60ml (¼ cup) whisky
125ml (½ cup) waterice cubes, to serve
pomegranate rubies,
to garnishcook’s tip

shake vigorously until
well combined.

tumblers. Divide the mixture
among the tumblers, pouring

to strain.
3 Garnish each drink with
the pomegranate rubies.
