experiments and prepared samples for mass spectrometry. M.A. performed
in vitro ε-NAD+ hydrolysis assays, isothermal titration calorimetry and protein
purifications for biochemistry and cryo-EM. M.M.P. and W.P.G. prepared cryo-EM
grids, collected and processed data and performed the model refinement.
