We have an exciting opportunity for a well-qualified and
enthusiastic teacher of Dance to join our new Performing Arts
Department. ISTD/RAD or equivalent qualifications preferred;
classes are not exam syllabus based so experience of teaching
free work and creating your own classes also an advantage.
The successful candidate may be trained in a range of types of
dance, but ballet and tap would be an advantage, as would a
background as a professional performer. In addition to teaching
girls from Reception to Year 6 (classes of 22 girls), there will be
an expectation for the candidate to provide additional clubs and
activities for the girls. Flexibility and the ability to innovate are key
attributes for the role.
