EARTH LOVING TOOTHPASTE

■ 2 tbsp bentonite clay
■ 3 tbsp coconut oil
■ 1 tsp bicarbonate soda
■ 10-12 drops of peppermint essential oil
■ 1 tsp activated charcoal powder (optional)

1: Melt the coconut oil.
2: Add all dry ingredients into a bowl, then add the
coconut oil and stir together.
3: Add 10-12 drops of delicious peppermint oil and
stir again.

Make sure you only use a wooden spoon to mix the
toothpaste as metal reacts with the clay. Store in an
airtight glass jar and get scrubbing. If you like a smoother
consistency add more coconut oil.

NATURAL ALL-PURPOSE SPRAY

■ One part white vinegar
■ One part water
■ 20-30 drops of essential oil. (l use DoTERRA Onguard,
lemon or eucalyptus.
■ If you don’t have an essential oil, you can use lemon
rind. Simply add this to the bottle and leave to infuse for a
few days.

Add all ingredients into a repurposed plastic spray
bottle if you have one, or a glass spray bottle.
Spray away!
