cluster lustre
This season, celebrate coloured stones with playful pieces
from the newest high-jewellery collections. Chopard’s
Magical Setting reinvents the cluster with rubies, sapphires
and emeralds set around a central diamond (flipping the
traditional arrangement). Over at Boodles, 25 one-of-a-kind
coloured-stone pieces form the Always a Story collection,
with evocative names such as The Garden of Hesperides.
coming up roses
Dior pays tribute to its founder’s love of ‘the queen
of flowers’, the rose, recreating the blooms in
diamonds, pink and white gold for La Rose Dior
collection. Meanwhile, Cartier’s Les Galaxies
pieces play with shape to explore a singular theme:
the cosmos. Tahitian pearls, diamonds, moonstone
and milky quartz are just some of the stones that
make up these sparkling constellations.
Annoushka’s Love Diamonds line is steeped in
symbolism, celebrating the mesmerising work of
American sculptor Alexander Calder with talismanic
jewellery in 18ct yellow-gold and diamonds.
