The celebrity-favourite global workout chain Barry’s
Bootcamp has opened its first Asia studio on Robinson Road,
where classes will take place in the signature Red Room,
which is fitted with 21 treadmills. Each 50- to 60-minute HIIT
workout promises to burn up to 1,000 calories with a mix of
