dinner table, I took

    bondsmen and ask them to
    put up the bond for them. The
    bondsmen are then reimbursed
    by the authorities when the
    defendant turns up in court.

I’d always been passionate
about the law. Plus, I was an
adrenaline junkie, so bounty
hunting seemed perfect.
That night, I sneakily did
a bit of research. Creeping into

up. One business,
Bounty Hunter
Bootcamp, was
local, and offered
to train recruits.
But, as I went
to e-mail them,
I lost my bottle.
Dad’ll never let me, I thought.
Then, one night a year later,
in May 2016, I had a surge of
courage and fired off a message
to Bounty Hunter Bootcamp.
I got a reply from Scott
Gribble, who ran the camp.
