SAUCE
250ml(1c)plainyoghurt
125ml(½c)mayonnaise
10ml(2t)roastedmasala
ORcurrypowder
gratedzestof1 lemon
saltandfreshlyground
pepper
PASTA
500gpastabowties,
cookeduntiljustdonebut
stillfirm
500ml(2c)cookedchicken,
shredded
250ml (1c) cheddar cheese,
gratedPreheat the oven to 190°C.
Grease an ovenproof dish
with nonstick spray.
1 Heat the butter in a pan
and stir-fry the mush-
rooms until done. Set
aside.
2 Put the broccoli in a
micro waveable bowl,
add 15ml (1T) water,
cover the bowl and
microwave for 3 min-
utes. Carefully remove
the bowl and drain.
3 Sauce Mix all the
ingredients well.
4 Pasta Mix the pasta,
chicken, broccoli, mush-
rooms and sauce and
transfer to the oven-
proof dish. Sprinkle the
cheese over and bake
for 30 minutes or until
the pasta is heated
through and the cheese
