soup
INGREDIENTS
450 gcucumber
4 greenpeppers
1 greenchilli
1 tsptoastedcarawayseeds
2 tbspmintleaves
Salt,totaste
225 gnaturalyoghurt
METHOD
- Peelanddeseedthecucumber.
- Deseedthegreenpeppers.
- Top,tailanddeseedthechilli.
- Putallintoaliquidiserwiththecaraway
seedsandpurée. - Addthemintleavesandsaltandliquidise.
- Finallyaddtheyoghurt,thencheckthe
seasoning. - Chillinthefridgefor^4 hoursthenserve.
