INGREDIENTS
450 gcucumber
4 greenpeppers
1 greenchilli
1 tsptoastedcarawayseeds
2 tbspmintleaves
Salt,totaste
225 gnaturalyoghurt

METHOD



  • Peelanddeseedthecucumber.

  • Deseedthegreenpeppers.

  • Top,tailanddeseedthechilli.

  • Putallintoaliquidiserwiththecaraway
    seedsandpurée.

  • Addthemintleavesandsaltandliquidise.

  • Finallyaddtheyoghurt,thencheckthe
    seasoning.

  • Chillinthefridgefor^4 hoursthenserve.
