I
t was difficult to gauge what was
transpiring in the mind of the Master
His Holiness Ashutosh Maharaj Ji
that day. He said, “Get lots of colourful,
beautiful balloons!” On receiving the
instructions, one Swami ji rushed to the
market immediately, and brought along
with him a balloon-seller only to the
Ashram. He told the balloon-seller to keep
the balloons ready. 'As soon as our
Gurudev tells us, we will collect the
balloons from you.' Swami ji had hardly completed his
guidelines to the balloon-seller, when the Master
eagerly asked for the balloons. Swami ji collected all the
balloons that were inflated by the balloon-seller and
presented them to His Holiness. With child-like
enthusiasm, Gurudev hastened to the terrace. He tied a
banana to one balloon, a packet of candies to another,
and so on, and left them to be caught by the devotees.
This novel exercise continued for a long time to the utter
merriment of the devotees. Hilarious scenes followed.
The crowd surged forward from all over in great
enthusiasm and participated with joyous struggle to get
the balloon-tied Prasad.
Maharaj Ji was acting like a child and it looked as
though He was playing with a group of children. When
the stock of inflated balloons got over, the game
concluded. Maharaj Ji went inside his cottage. The
balloon-seller was on the exercise of inflating the
balloons again. Within an hour, hundreds of balloons
were ready. The divine play of the Master commenced
once again. The benevolent Guru appeared on the
terrace and the rapid-fire distribution of Prasad tied to
the balloons was on. That day Maharaj Ji arrived five
times in this manner and hundreds of balloons were
sent floating. By the evening, the balloon-seller's stock
of balloons was finished altogether. Swami ji called him
to the office to settle the account. On
calculating, a tidy sum was due to the
balloon-seller. As soon as Swami jiGURU PUJA SPECIAL EDITION
O Master! Each and every heart,
which you have awakened,
has turned out to be an instrument.
It produces the cadence of divine music,
wherein only one tune resonates– that
of Your divinity! Your godly love!

Ji has become the 'all-in-all' for
millions of hearts. His connectivity is
with each and every soul. His abode manifests
in each and every heart! In this secular world,
there are many important individuals, who
are applauded and admired. But, the fact is,
such praises just hold surface value; they are a
mere exercise of the tongue. They emanate
from the outer shell of the mind. However,
when it comes to singing the glories of a
Spiritual Master, they are transmitted through
the vibrations of the heart. His eulogy
emanates from the innermost layer of the soul.
From the countless divine moments that
have been lived by His devotees, we are
bringing here a few of them for you to have a
glimpse and cherish... These will reveal how
this King of millions of hearts governs
His expansive Kingdom, which
knows no geographical boundaries.
