The Concept One Victory Series pulley
system features a contemporary design,
and our kit features a fully polished finish.
After we line up the bolt holes, we tighten
the four supplied Allen-head bolts.

These hex-shaped standoffs are threaded
on both ends and secure the water pump.
A wrench or socket can be used to tighten
them as you would normally tighten water-
pump bolts. Now would be a good time to
thread the heater hose fittings into place.

To mount the polished Powermaster
105-amp, one-wire alternator, we began
by installing the billet cooling fan and
serpentine pulley. We loosely attached the
bracket to the alternator, then attached the
assembly to the main bracket.

This billet-aluminum spacer fits on the
driver side. It attaches to the main bracket
with two Allen-head bolts and aligns the
alternator with the rest of the system.

Left: Three long Allen-head bolts pass
through the alternator bracket. One of
them passes through the alternator,
while the other two pass through
polished-aluminum spacers before
threading into the billet spacer bracket.

Moving on to the air-conditioner
compressor, we first install this billet
manifold. This trick piece positions the
A/C lines below the compressor for a
super-clean look. The manifold installs
with two supplied bolts.

With the five
alternator
bolts started,
we check
for proper
alignment
and proceed
to tighten the
bolts. Since
these are
threading into
aluminum, it’s
a good idea to
apply a small
amount of
antiseize on
the threads.

The
compressor
used in the kit
is a compact
SD7 unit
and features
a polished
finish. Before
installing
the A/C
compressor,
we loosely
attached the
bracket to the
compressor.

The compressor bracket attaches to the hex-shaped standoffs. Bolt alignment is critical at
this juncture, but the direct fit of this Concept One kit was a pleasant surprise.
