The base camp or ‘IMRG VIP
Lounge took pride of place
on the beach strip during the
‘Cooly Rocks On’ event and
was well attended by local
and interstate owners over
the weekend.
Saturday featured a group
ride down the coast to
Billinudgel and back to the ‘Iron
& Resin Garage’ at Currumbin
for refreshments. That was
followed by a hugely popular
dinner and party.
Around 60 bikes took part in the featured events at Indian Motorcycle’s big
shindig on the NSW end of the Gold Coast.
Although “Cooly” is mainly
car-oriented the big Indian twins
made an impressive sight lead-
ing the huge Sunday morning
parade through the town.
The participants were effusive
in their praise after the event
with comments like “GreatWeekend” and “An absolute
ripper grand monstrosity of
an event!! A real credit to all
involved“ appearing on social
media.
Everyone (including us) is now
