Meanwhile, Charlotte, whom they’ve

lovingly nicknamed “Lottie,” is “such a

confident and strong-willed little girl,”

shares the insider, adding that Queen

Elizabeth II, 93, often says that she

reminds her a lot of her own younger

sister, Princess Margaret, who was also

very outgoing. “Charlotte takes dance

classes weekly and is always the star of

the show! She says she wants to be a

ballerina when she grows up.”

George is the total opposite. “He’s shy

and such a daddy’s boy,” says the insider,

adding that William drives him to school

every morning. “They sing songs

together and chat about helicopters.

George is obsessed with them and thinks

it’s the coolest thing that his dad is a

chopper pilot!” And though he’ll one day

become king, “George has no idea what’s

ahead of him yet,” explains the insider.

“William and Kate are determined to let

him grow up for as long as possible

without the pressure that comes with

the knowledge of his future title.”

For the time being, the royal couple is

focused on simply making special

memories with their kids. “Now that it’s

summer, they try to escape to their

country home, Anmer Hall, as often as

possible,” says the insider, adding that

William can often be found grilling

dinner out in the yard, while Kate loves

taking George and Charlotte down to

the courts for a tennis lesson. “It’s pure

bliss right now. Kate and William are

happy, the kids are happy — it’s all

they’ve ever wanted.” OK!

insider. “They love taking family trips to [their
