entire matter by delegitimising the Movement of
the Doctors, which became sheer trouble for her
Government.
Prior Elections, the SSC Examinees had
started a string movement when they had been
in a hunger strike and sit in Protest for nearly
about a month, and the Government of West
Bengal had to bow down before the Protesters.
The police tried to evacuate the protesters by
attacking them but the movement continued.
SFI DYFI had played an important role in this
movement, and the Units of SFI DYFI showed
solidarity and gradually became a part of the
movement. The SFI Unit of Presidency had also
taken a token hunger strike programme on the
Campus Premises. SFI Jadavpur University also
showed solidarity by taking out rallies in support
of the Protesters. The entire country is aware of
the various Narada and Sarada Scams, which
took place in recent years. All these incidents
under the Trinamool regime have fostered a bad
name of Bengal before the people of India. The
admission procedure in the several Educational
Institutions has been made a place of corruption
by TMCP (student of Trinamool). The Student
Unions have got a negative name in Bengal due
to the hooliganism of TMCP leaders and activists
in various Campuses. The Bengal Government
has halted the Students Union Elections. The
last time Elections were held in 2017, officially
all Unions are to be disbanded, but the TMCP
people still control the Unions illegally. The auto-
cratic government of Mamata had brought a Bill
which suggested that Students’ Union would be
dissolved and the Council will be installed taking
most of the powers from the student community.
The Council would merely become a sycophant
of the autocratic anti-people Trinamool govern-
ment. SFI has been in a continuous struggle
against the Undemocratic Students’ Council. The
Lok Sabha Elections were a big blow to the Tri-
namool. Every day we are witnessing that the Tri
namool leaders are changing their camps from
Trinamool to BJP. This phenomenon is relevant
even in the Student sector where many TMCP
people are shifting their sides to BJP. The Peo-
ple of Bengal expect a lot from the Left, the Left
might have lost its position electorally but still
when it comes for organizing Rallies or coming
to the Streets its Red Flag which still has its place
in the hearts of the plebian. Mass Movement is
the only key to Success; the Left has to be with
the people at every stage of life and support them
whenever required. Time has given the Most Im-
portant Duty to Save Bengal, Save the Nation and
Unite the Oppressed People and form a broader
front to strengthen the Movement against the
Fascists, against the Oppressors. The Left will
bring the Resurgence and Glory of Bengal, and it
will lead the Movement of the country.
