AN UNEXPECTED!
This July, unveiling a new ISOLA experience through our heart of
foie gras, Il Fegato d’anatra, a dish originally hailing from France,
added with ISOLA’s own refreshing spin with homemade ginger
spice bread and apple sous-vided in different spices. The jus
balances out the savoury richness of the duck liver, and is
finished with a splash of balsamic vinegar.
