hotelwherewearestaying.Thetarteaucitronwe
havefordessertistodiefor.TheTahitianpastries
areasgoodasanyinFranceandwedevourthem
wheneverpossible– atdinner,afternoonteaandof
coursebreakfastwhenweenjoyourdailycroissants
with pineapple, guava and banana jam.


FenuaMata’i’oaspecialisesinpicturesque
platterstostarttheday.Aswellascroissants,pains
auchocolatandotherpastriesandfreshbread,
there’spineapple,grapefruitandpapaya,plusa
cookedbreakfastif yousodesire,allaccompanied
byspectacularfloralarrangements,lagoonviews,
andthewatchfulgazeofthemanyresidentcats.

Tahiti,servedina varietyofways– grilledtunaor
