Whenever Framework recruits, it avidly looks for talent that can add to its existing skill set, adding depth to
its offering

Framework created a PWA and website for
CPDMatch, an entire new product to help
healthcare professionals achieve their CPD points

easily. Additionally, we are directly
opposite the Kitty Café, where the
legendary Heathcliffe and pals reside.
The team regularly observe the big fluffy
boys from our window with adoring eyes.

What projects are you working on?
JR: Following on from the huge success
of the TEK rebrand and new website,
we’re working on their printed
marketing material as well as helping
with new designs for their academy.
Also coming up are new websites for
Wollaton Hall, Newstead Abbey and the
new Nottingham Museums; a PWA and
website for an entire new product to help
healthcare professionals achieve their
CPD points; a multi-language
ecommerce system for a veterinary
pharmaceuticals company; and we’re
working with UNiDAYS to develop their
digital estate.

Are you recruiting? If so, what kind of
people are you looking for?
JD: We’re currently looking for an
experienced front-end developer. We
have a talented front-end development

team, which we want to expand, helping
to deliver impactful, memorable work.

What are Framework’s future goals?
SH: We have a BFAG (big f***ing
audacious goal) that one day we’ll have a
studio in London and another in New
York. We’ve just struck a deal that will
see us expand into London.
Outside of global domination, the most
important thing is that we’re known for
our work; by 2030, I’d love our name to
be synonymous with high impact, bright,
colourful and dynamic work!

What do people not know about you?
RB: We’re more than just a ‘website
design company’; we’re a brand and
digital studio. We’ve built a reputation
for our digital work but often the
attention is on the final delivery and not
our brand creativity or motion work.
We’ve always wanted to project a
different image of the business, so for
instance when it came to furnishing the
meeting room, we chose a lounge
experience, instead of having a meeting
table and chairs.
