How we built
21EVOLUTION
(1) At Red Collar, project ideas are born out of
discussion. The general direction can be
suggested by anybody, then the project team
elaborates on the details and gets down to
business. (2) The first step in the website
development is creation of sketches. In this case,
the designer takes some random content and
maps the composition of every page of the
website. (3) Once we decide we need to feature
living, breathing whales, we get the 3D designer
involved as well. She studies tons of pictures and
creates accurate, detailed models. (4) The
models are integrated into the website: the
front-end developer makes them float and react
to the cursor movements. (5) We adjust all the
animations and effects and test once more –
amazing. Ready for launch!435
