There are no buttons on this
rainbow sweater, which is great
if you prefer an uncomplicated
knit. Instead, Jane has used
ribbing on the neckband for extra
stretch to get the jumper easily
over baby's head, and the sizes
are generous to allow a bit of
extra wriggle room all round.
Rainbow jumper
With RS facing, working on rem 18 (20:
22: 24) sts, slip next 9 (11: 1 3 : 15) sts
onto a stitch holder, rejoin yarn to rem

Work 3 rows, dec 1 st at neck edge in
every row AT THE SAME TIME dec 1 st
at raglan edge on next and foll alt row.

Sleeves
Using 3 .25mm (UK 10, US 3 ) needles
and yarn A, cast on 28 (28: 28: 28) sts.

Change to 4mm (UK 8, US 6) needles.
Next row Increase 1 ( 3 : 3 : 5) sts.
