Step 31: Let’s add an even brighter
blue Outer Glow layer style to the
text object. Be sure to try other Blend
Modes on different backgrounds.
Click OK when done.You can see how we essentially built
the effect backwards by creating all
the lit background elements then
finally adding the source of the
light at the end. And never forget
the best part: You can go back and
modify any of the layer styles to
make final tweaks or even change
the look altogether. n
