Desktop time-savers
As well as Quick Actions, there are other functions that you perform straight from your
desktop, such as being able to edit screenshots and other files in QuickView and being
able to call on your trusty iPhone to help you add an instant image or scan.
A great timer-saver, the Markup tools can now be accessed in QuickView, so you can perform quick
edits on the fly. Here’s a rundown of what you need to know.
How to edit files in QuickView

You will also see an icon to

window,allowingyouto annotate,

desktopandchoose‘ImportfromiPhone’.

Open QuickView
To quickly preview a particular file,
such as a screenshot, highlight it
and then press the spacebar. This
will bring up a window displaying
the item.
