Jungle Myna
Binomial Name: Acridotheres fuscus
The Jungle Myna is one of the most common birds in our country. They can be seen inrural to urban areas. They prefer to stay close to the locality. Jungle Myna is the common
resident bird of Bangladesh. The belligerent bird can be seen making noise with otherstarlings, even at night. They usually roam in flocks. The main food is earthworms and
insects, but it also eats the sweet juice of flowers, or the juice of date trees. They makenests in tree holes, electric poles, walls, and bridges from February to July.
