Sparkly Fish!
Colour a piece of card with Infusions
powders, sprinkle randomly then spritz
with water and dry. Cut out a tag shape
from part of the card, use the rest to
stamp and cut out a couple of fish
images then highlight the stamped
images with a white gel pen. Apply a thin
layer of Opaque Flakes to the tag with a
palette knife and allow to dry naturally for
some nice sparkle. Dye some ribbon with
Infusions Powders and tie through the
hole of the tag. Apply the fish with heavy
gel medium for some dimension and
finish off with the sentiment quote and
some self-adhesive gems.
