Conclusion

Since, there are several litigation prone issues,

it is expected that Government will issue

clarifications for making GST law simpler.

However it is expected that the newly

elected Government will focus on simplified

compliances, reducing GST rate 18% slab rate

to 15%, simplified mechanism of matching the

ITC credit and bringing non-GST products

within GST ambit.
