SAGITTAL LUNGE


A firm favourite for sculpting legs and
glutes, lunges can be performed without
weight whilst still proving effective.

How to: Step forwards so that your
front foot is flat and your back heel
comes off the floor. Engage your core
and lean forward at the hips slightly
to maximise glutes engagement.
Push back up to the start and repeat.
Sets/Reps: 3 x 15 on each leg

Tip: If you’re advanced, add a jumping
set onto the end of your workout to boost
fat burning and improve core stability.
