Skin the Cat
- Starting from a dead hang position, lift your body up and rotate yourself backwards in one full rotation.
- Feet go underneath the bar. 3. Dead hang with your shoulders
and arms twisted behind you.
4. From this position, rotate yourself
forwards until you return to the
starting position - that’s one rep. - Do this for 5 sets x 8 reps.
