ELBOW LEVER & CORE PROGRESSIONS


Skin the Cat



  1. Starting from a dead hang position, lift your body up and rotate yourself backwards in one full rotation.

  2. Feet go underneath the bar. 3. Dead hang with your shoulders
    and arms twisted behind you.
    4. From this position, rotate yourself
    forwards until you return to the
    starting position - that’s one rep.

  3. Do this for 5 sets x 8 reps.
