on schedule, Muriya has
successfully sold out Phases
1 and 2 of its popular
development, Jebel Sifah Heights, with
handover scheduled at the end of 2019.
The final phase of its project is now
under way, with limited availability of

Setting new standards for life as it should
be, the success of Jebel Sifah Heights
showcases the destination’s growing
community and continued expansion,
offering buyers an exclusive opportunity
to own a home with stunning views in
the heart of Jebel Sifah.

Ahmed Dabbous, CEO of Muriya said,

a unique opportunity to enjoy a conve-

nient getaway to call their own. The suc-

properties and the handover of Golf
Lake, which commenced in December
2018 is further testament for the con-
tinued growth of Jebel Sifah as Muscat’s
premier destination with demand for
properties reaching new heights.”

Boasting magnificent vistas of the spar-
kling azure waters of the Arabian Sea,
Jebel Sifah Heights comprises limited
two- and three-bedroom sea view apart-
