ADOBE XD
Adobe has entered the prototyping game late,
but it does boast one of the best and quickest
wireframing and prototyping tools – Adobe
XD. Adobe is actively innovating on a day-to-
day basis to create a cross-platform competitor
that can be used for testing designs, creating
wireframes, handing off specs to the dev team
and also collaborative designing. With some of the
best features out there such as voice triggers and
speech, responsive resize, private sharing and asset
extraction, XD has also recently announced the
Auto-Animate feature. This means that XD can now

Prototyping is one of the most important
processes in the design lifecycle, but it also
plays a vital role in development by helping
designers and dev teams with workflow
maintenance. It is worth looking at the prototyping
landscape as there have been some major changes.
As designers, we often need a lot of tools to design
the various stages of the user experience workflow,
from user research to mockups to prototyping to
handing off the design specs to the dev teams. Until
a year ago, more than half of the Mac community
used the Sketch app and other tools in order to craft
