especially in Australia. But is it just another wellness fad?

I
first discovered women’s circles when I went to
Los Angeles. A friend recommended that I go
to one because I felt really isolated,” explains
Australian wellness coach and women’s circle
facilitator Imogen Bailey (thewellnesscouch.com).
“Once I went to my first one there was no turning back,
because it was one of the greatest experiences of my life.”
For Bailey, who is writing a book about the subject,
women’s circles represent a crucial wellbeing tool for
modern women to share their feelings and gain support.
“Through women’s circles you can switch off from the
outside world and take time to really connect with each
other in a way that feels natural,” she explains. “You leave all
