WORKS: Medial Delts
SETS/REPS: 4 x 15 then triple
drop set for a 5th set of 15, 10
then 8
WHY? Helps to sculpt and
isolate your shoulder muscles
and open up your joints.
HOW? Attach a handle to the
lowest pulley and stand to one
side of the cable machine.
Grab the handle with one
hand, keeping the other close
to your body to brace yourself.
With your elbow slightly bent,
raise your arm to the side until
your elbow is at shoulder
height. Lower slowly and
repeat.
