Citrus & Lavender
Toilet Fizz Tablets

225g bicarbonate
of soda
75g citric acid
zest of 1 orange (optional)
25 drops orange or lemon
essential oil
24 drops lavender essential oil
silicone moulds
airtight container

1 Combine the bicarbonate of
soda, citric acid and orange zest
(if using) in a large bowl. Add the
essential oils and stir well
to combine.
2 Using a fine mist spray, add
1-2 teaspoons water, half a
teaspoon at a time, and mix
with your fingers until it holds

3 Press the mixture firmly into

silicone moulds, pressing out

all the air. Leave overnight

before removing.

4 To use, drop one or two tablets

into your toilet and leave for five

minutes. Using a toilet brush,

swish your bowl clean. These

will store for up to three months.

Bathroom Liquid

Hand Soap

240ml Castile liquid soap

10 drops peppermint essential oil

10 drops lavender essential oil

1 tsp vitamin E oil

soap dispenser bottle

1 Combine all the ingredients

in a glass or plastic soap

dispenser bottle.

2 Seal and shake thoroughly

to combine. The soap will

store for up to three months.

Kitchen Bin Deodoriser

20 drops rosemary essential oil

8 drops grapefruit essential oil

4 drops peppermint essential oil

small glass bottle

1 Add all the essential oils to a

small glass bottle and shake well

to mix.

2 Add a few drops to the bottom

of your kitchen bin. This can also

be dropped onto cotton balls and

placed in problem areas. You can

store this deodoriser for up to a

year in a cool, dark place.
