Blueberry Cauliflower
Smoothie

Serves 1
Ready in 5 mins


50g frozen blueberries
75g frozen cauliflower
1 tbsp unsweetened
almond butter
160ml unsweetened almond milk
1 date, pitted and roughly
chopped
juice of ½ lime


1 Combine all the ingredients in
a high-speed blender and blitz
until smooth.
