DAVID Beckham’s children seem to emulate
the star’s silky skills as they enjoy a
kickabout on the beach in Miami.
Harper, eight, joined older brothers
Romeo, 18, and Cruz, 14, on the sand
during a family holiday in Florida.
Beckham, 44, has told how his daughter
now enjoys football more than his sons.
“Harper is playing every Sunday and loves
it,” he explained. “The boys don’t play and it’s
heartbreaking. They have a talent, but it’s
down to Harper now. I get very enthusiastic
when watching her.”

Squirrel eaters fined
for taunting vegans
VILE PROTEST Lagzdins
TWO anti-vegans who horrified
people at a food market by
eating raw squirrels in a sicken-
ing protest have been fined.
Shocked onlookers, including
children, saw Deonisy Khlebnikov,
22, and Gatis Lagzdins, 29, munch
on the animals – which still had fur.
People around the vegan stall in
Soho, Central London, in March had
begged them to stop but were
snubbed. Both men have now been
found guilty of a public order offence
by City of London magistrates.
The Crown Prosecution Service’s
Natalie Clines said: “[They] claimed
they were against veganism and
were raising awareness about the
dangers of not eating meat.
“But by [doing] this outside a
vegan food stall and continuing with
their disgusting behaviour despite
requests to stop, the prosecution
was able to demonstrate they
planned to cause distress. Their pre-
meditated actions caused signifi-
cant distress to members of the
public, including young children.”
Both men had denied guilt. Khleb-
nikov, of Westminster, was fined
£200 plus costs and a surcharge.
Lagzdins, of Ealing, was fined
£400 plus costs and a surcharge.
