The Memorial Pegasus museum

Dedicated to the men of 6th British Airborne Division.

The 1st liberators to arrive in Normandy on June 6th 1944.

Archive fi lms, a guided visit and many interesting and authentic

objects enable the visitors to relive this momentous time.

The original Pegasus Bridge is on display in the park of the

museum along with a full size copy of a wartime Horsa glider.
