liftingyourleadfootupoffthegroundatthetop.Thenmakea
consciousefforttostampyourleadfootbackdownonthe
groundtostartyourdownswing,whilestilltryingtokeepyour
armswheretheywere.Thisexaggeratesthefeelingof
applyingpressureintotheleadleg,whichiswhatallgood
playersdo.Itwillhelpimproveyoursequencingandtiming
and increase your power, so it’s a great drill to try on the range.
