Usingatoweltowhipyourbag,youcaninstinctively

guiltyofusingyourarmsandhandsonly,andnot
yourbody,youwilllosethatstoredenergyearly;thetowel
willberatherlimp.Comparethesoundofhittingthebag–
muchmoreofacrisp‘snap’–whenyouturnandrotateinto
the finish. This is that stored energy being released.
