Usingatoweltowhipyourbag,youcaninstinctively
learnhowtouseyourbodymusclesbetter.Ifyou’re
guiltyofusingyourarmsandhandsonly,andnot
yourbody,youwilllosethatstoredenergyearly;thetowel
willberatherlimp.Comparethesoundofhittingthebag–
muchmoreofacrisp‘snap’–whenyouturnandrotateinto
the finish. This is that stored energy being released.

yourbackandholditinplacewiththearms–helps
encouragethefeelingofmid-spinerotationinthe
backswingandrotationthroughtheball.It’simportanttoturn
throughyourribcagesoyouhavethemaximumrangeof
movementtocreatethemostspeed and power – the key
ingredients to longer drives.
