Seinfeld with
Eddie Murphy in
the supersize
41-minute season
premiere.
NETFLIX| Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee
On the road again with Jerry Seinfeld
COMEDY In the season premiere Jerry Seinfeld takes Eddie Murphy out for
a ride in a 2004 Porsche Carrera GT. To Seinfeld this is heaven: Cars and
comedy are the two topics that send him cruising into something like a
state of Zen. You might be at peace too behind the wheel of the 2018 Rolls-
Royce Dawn in which he chauffeurs Ricky Gervais. What a car!
The nuts and bolts of assembling a joke, on the other hand, are the special
province of Seinfeld and his funny guests, including Jamie Foxx and Seth
Rogen. They love making him laugh. Murphy asks out of the blue, “When
was the last time you had to use Raid?” That works. (Launches July 19)

Uncharted

an interesting-looking

Equifax agreed to settle litigation
claiming it included inaccurate
information about the disposition
(or description) of tax liens and
civil judgments on its credit
reports. Equifax denies that it did
anything wrong.
Are you included?
You are included if between June
28, 2015, and May 14, 2019,
Equifax sent your credit report to a
third party, and the report contained
a tax lien or civil judgment that was
inaccurate or did not belong to you.
What does the Settlement
provide?
Equifax will establish an Alternative
Dispute Resolution Program (“ADR
Program”) for consumers who
were injured by an Equifax credit
report containing an inaccurate
civil judgment or tax lien. If you
are able to show you were injured,
you can get an automatic payment
of $1,500. Equifax will also stop
reporting civil judgments and
tax liens for a period of time and
implement new procedures when
it starts reporting civil judgments
and tax liens in the future.
How can I participate in the
ADR Program?
The ADR Program will be
available for 24 months after the
effective date. Details will be
posted on the Settlement website.
What are my rights?
This Settlement releases the right to
bring claims against Equifax related
to reporting allegedly inaccurate
civil judgments and liens on a
class action basis. The Settlement
does not release individual claims.
However, if you accept a payment
in the ADR Program, you will
release your individual claims
as well. Even if you do nothing,
you will be bound by the Court’s
decisions. You may object to the
Settlement by September 6, 2019.
The Court will hold a hearing
on September 13, 2019 to
consider whether to approve
the Settlement and requested
attorneys’ fees. You or your own
lawyer may appear and speak at
the hearing at your own expense.
