GeorgeV’stourofIndia,circa1911.Thoughmore
thana centuryold,Fielderstookinspiration
fromthepithhelmetpicnicforsuppers,parties
andtheupcomingseason.“Theladieslook
glamorousinthepithhelmetswithnetting– far
moreglamthanmymidgehat,”commented
