EASTER BASKET CAKE The impressive-looking basket on top of this
chocolate-coconut marbled cake is actually quite simple to create with a basket-weave piping tip.
Stir in a little cocoa to color and flavor a portion of the brown butter frosting, then pipe short vertical
lines over long horizontal ones to create the basket (how-to, page 130). Tuck egg-shape sugar cookies
into the top of the basket and use toasted coconut flakes for the “grass.”
