Seeking expressions of interest. We are currently in the process of subdividing 3 (approx 40 hectare) blocks of “Rock Dhu”.
“Rock Dhu” is a sheep and cattle property of 4,000 acres owned and operated by Peter Norvill.
Beauty, peace and quite of the bush. Rolling hills, trees, creeks and gullies. Ample fi rewood for those cold winter nights. It is our aim to offer
these blocks for sale to artists and people of creativity who would like a change from city living, to the peace and tranquility of a country lifestyle.
“Rock Dhu” is situated 20kms off the New England Highway from Blandford, near Murrurundi, Upper Hunter Valley, NSW.
The blocks are to be named “The Range”, “Wilsons” and “Shanahans”, respectively, in keeping with history.
