Method of Accounting and Records Chapter- 11
Where a person derives income from sources other than from business, books of accounts,
documents and records shall be kept at person's place of residence or such other place as may be so
declared by such person.
The place or places where the books of accounts, documents and records are kept shall be clearly
stated on the tax return in the required column.
