Medusa in Mortal Engines
S/S 2021
TThis collection has inspired by the movie “Mortal Engines”. Although Medusa is the goddess
of vengeance in Greek mythology, she is a god in this movie. The leading actress in the movie
is very brave, she not only acts like a vengeance to revenge for her deceased mother but like
a guardian god who protects the last promised land in the earth. Thus, she is the muse of this
collection.
The above three outfits are steampunk style as the movie is applying steampunk retro
aesthetics in its background, transportation, costumes, and architectural style.
