winner of the Portfolio category for her infrared images taken at the
Palm House at Kew Gardens. As our featured images reveal, the
standard of images was exceptional and diverse.
A touring exhibition offers the general public the opportunity to see
many of the winning images from previous competitions and takes
place across the UK throughout the year. The exhibition is currently
running at the National Trust Hardwick Hall in Chesterfield, Derbyshire
until 1 July. Another exhibition runs at the Gosport Gallery in Gosport
on 27 April until 6 July. Further exhibitions include those at Blarney
Castle in Cork, Ireland (5 June to 20 August), Blenheim Palace in
Oxfordshire (7 June until 20 August), National Trust Sheringham Park
(31 August to 27 October), Stockwood Discovery Centre in Luton
(23 September to 26 November) and Cambridge University Botanic
Garden (31 August to 19 December). A full list of exhibitions can be
