Our learning portfolio showcases our progress and development in Engli-
sh communication skills, with a focus on two key areas during this learning period:Customer Service Conversation Practice through a Restaurant Drama:W
e conducted conversation practice where we engaged in a drama that simulated custo-
mer service situations in a restaurant. These practices provided us with the opportunity
to apply and enhance our communication skills in the context of a restaurant. We do-
cumented these practices in our portfolio, including details about the roles we played, the interactions
we had, and the outcomes of our performances. This evidence highlights our ability to communica-
te effectively in customer service situations, which is crucial in the hospitality and service industry.Embedded Questions Classes:W
e received specific classes on "Embedded Questions" in English. These are questions
formulated within a sentence rather than as standalone questions. We learned how to
use these questions appropriately and naturally in everyday conversations. In our por-
tfolio, we include examples of embedded questions that we created and practiced during the classes.
This evidence demonstrates our understanding and successful application of this grammatical techni-
que, enriching our communication skills and enabling us to ask questions more effectively and fluently.
