How do scientist work?
Scientific knowledge is based on humans makingobservations and inferences.- We use both observations and prior knowledge to make
inferences/ propose explanations.- Based on the same set of evidence, many equally
warranted answers to the same question can be inferred.- Argumentation from evidence is the process by which
explanations are reached.
