“I remember the day I began painting my first ‘Empowered’ portrait

• I had already cried so hard, I’m surprised the paint strokes weren’t
  shaking. I felt as though everything was spiralling, and I couldn’t get a
  grip on any of it. Titled with affirmations, my portraits encourage me
  to tap in to my inner strength, and inspire others, too. We all have an
  inner superhero; I hope my work inspires you to bring out your own.”
