Add 2 tsp of salt into the large bowl
Pour boiling water into the large bowl
and mix until all of the salt has dissolved.
Place the small bowl in the center of the
large bowl.
Cover the large bowl with cling wrap.
Place handful of ice cubes in the center
of the cling wrap
Wait and watch.
