Gallery walk: Student take down

notes from each presentation

Students are divided into 4

groups which are Orion,

Scorpion, Crux, Big Dipper

Each group build a Space Box

with a hole based on their

constellation

Student can use their creativity

to design the box

teaching students to plan and design a

constellation display box considering size,

shape, and the effective arrangement of

glow-in-the-dark materials to represent

constellations.

Guide them in safely measuring, cutting,

and assembling the box, integrating

geometry and measurement concepts.

Demonstrate the creation of observation

openings in the box, allowing students to

view the glow-in-the-dark constellations,

emphasizing design, aesthetics, and

functionality in determining the

placement and size of these openings.

Student apply the knowledge of constellation

by identifying the types of the constellations

through it formation.

Student apply science process skills: observing,

classifying and making inference &

manipulative skills.
