Directions
- Get a mixing bowl: stir in the flour with paprika, cumin and a pinch of salt.
- Add the liver slices and stir them well.
- Place a large pan over medium heat. Heat the oil in it. Sauté in it the garlic with onion for
6 to 8 min. - Stir in the liver pieces and cook them for 3 to 4 min. serve your liver stir fry warm.
- Enjoy.
