Directions
- Place a heavy saucepan over medium heat. Heat the butter in it.
- Get a large mixing bowl: combine in the rice, meat, coriander, paprika and cinnamon. Mix
them well and shape them into bite size meatballs. - Sauté the meatballs in the heated butter until they become golden brown on all sides.
- Stir in the saffron with onion, stock, a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Cook them until they start boiling. Put on the lid and cook them for 42 min over low heat.
- Once the time is up, combine in the parsley with lemon juice. Let the stew cook for 6 min.
serve it warm. - Enjoy.
